Well detailed image, decorated with two tones enamel, lighter blue and white
Glorious depiction of Saint George, the Victorious, killing the dragon (personification of evil)
It is a small icon, intended to be a traveling relic carried for protection
The icon is older, late 18th/early 19th century, mounted on a later 19th century golden tone velvet covered standing frame for display

Measurements: Approx. 7.25″ x 5.75″ x 0.5″ overall; 4.5″ x 3″ the brass icon only
Weighs about 12 oz.
