Vintage Design
This pretty vintage beech and straw armchair has typical modernist lines: simple, chunky, for a quality piece with authentic charm.
Charles Dudouyt, an illustrator by trade, trained in cabinetmaking at the beginning of the 20th century and launched himself with passion into the design of furniture and lighting in the 1920s. from the 1930s he founded the workshop and gallery in Paris of the manor house and designed on a larger scale numerous pieces of furniture praised for their robustness and the authenticity of their lines.
This armchair has been cleaned and restored in our workshop. Ideal in an office, a library or even a winter garden, it will accompany you for a long time.
