Vintage Design
This delightful nest of tables was designed by Tom Robertson for Mcintosh of Kirkcaldy in the mid-twentieth century. McIntosh was known on the vintage market for their mid-century style furniture, particularly cabinetry and sideboards. Founded in 1869 by Alexander Henry (A.H) McIntosh (1835-1919) in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The beautiful set consists of three tables one larger rectangular and two smaller tables that fit neatly underneath the larger table when not in use. The functional design suits a small space ideally, the larger table folds out doubling in size forming a spacious coffee table when required Both stylish and functional this beautiful piece would make a wonderful addition to any home.
