An excellent early Georgian Mahogany Writing / Work Table dating around 1780-1800. A fine example of a Writing Table of this period in very good condition. There is a drawer on either end, one encompassing an ink well and quill pen divided area. Under the top there is a large pull out slide for working that still retains the original dark Green leather surface. The top sits over the nicely turned tripod base resting on the original Brass casters. This table has a great mellow color too the Mahogany, and a very nice patina to the surface. No repairs or replacements.
