English brass hexagon hanging hall lantern with a decorative centered ring over Prince of Wales plumes, bulbous chased pierced dome with a filigree border, single hinged locking door, interior three light cluster with the original gas piping, and terminating on a chased floral base with an acanthus foliage finial. Early 19th century. Lantern was originally gas and has been electrified.
