An exceptional quality mahogany monumental George IV figured mahogany pedestal sideboard attributed to Gillows of Lancaster, the rectangular top with a superbly carved back of Grecian scroll and bunches of grapes, above three frieze drawers, resting on a twin pedestal cabinet base, with carved and fluted pillars, terminating on a plate form base.
