18th century oak dresser base from England. The top is made from a single oak plank, and has a beveled edge. The sides are hand paneled, and the front of the case has three drawers, all with raised geometric paneled drawer fronts, flanked by wonderfully applied turnings. The drawers are over a single panel, flanked by two doors, all three with geometric raised paneled moldings. The doors open to reveal shelving. This fabulous piece is raised on hand turned bun feet.
