Set of Three Hand Colored Copper Wheel Engraved Floral Prints by John Hill c1756. One print signed in the plate, “I Hill.” Published in England and hand colored. From an edition of 60 plates. John Hill was born in 1714an initially was trained as a pharmacist. He worked as a gardener at Kensington Palace and helped with the botanical garden at Kew, which was his inspiration for his floral engravings.
