Antique Spanish Colonial Mirror

Antique Spanish Colonial mirror, c.1820
Made of a wood frame, hand molded gesso and horse hair. This striking mirror is topped by a crown below which is a circular mirror enveloped by scrolling leaves. Ton the bottom is a putti or angel head. Painted and gilded throughout. Old San Francisco shop label on rear. Hanging wire also on rear. Good antique condition with surface age wear.
